Buy it straight from the manufacturer
The cradle is okay but for the price should have come with an option for an adapter to fit to the windshield. Who wants to drill holes in their dashboard? I have a rental so I couldnt do that anyway. I had to purchase a suction-cup holder to fit it to the windshield. The customer service was horrible. The man was no help at all. I ended up calling the manufacturer and they sold me the missing piece. I would never buy from this outfit again nor recommend them to anyone! Buy staight from the manufacturer, who by the way never heard of these jokers.

We are sorry you are not happy. This item is supposed to be installed into your car permanently, not for rentals. The manufacturer does offer additional pieces(which sounds like you already ordered from them)which we do not carry at this time. We have been in business for over 10 years and have a good reputation in the wireless industry. I assure you we are not jokers and take your comment seriously.

This is the 2nd Comfort Car Kit I purchased. Both kits performed flawlessy. This included a simple plug & play installation and simple glass mount antenna install as well. In each case it made a huge difference in reception and talk quality. I travel throughout rural New England and wouldnt use a Blackberry without this kit
