Speaker quality
Built in speaker is hard to understand caller if you turn up to loud. If you turn it down to understand callers then you can hardly hear them. FM mode works better.

MOTOROLA ROADSTER BLUETOOTH
Hardware is great. call quality is crystal clear on both ends of call. Recognizes the phone instantly if it is left on. If turned off and then turned on, it has to re-pair with phone which can be a pain. Large phone book downloads 10x faster than the OEM unit in my wifes new 2012 Kia. Ditto the voice recognition (its flawless on this unit).
So far havent been able to activate the voice response texting feature, probably because I havent been able to successfully download a companion app called "Motospeak" onto my blackberry.

It works great. Just about as good as the built-in bluetooth option I had in my $90,000 Mercedes.

Roadster Bluetooth Car Kit
This is absolutely fabulous! Users can hear callers clearly, especially with the noise reduction feature. Users very happy with voice feature to call out. Highly recommend.

Safety first
To be perfectly honest I have not used this long enough to thoroughly "wring it out" yet, but heres my experience so far. It is very easy to link to the BlackBerry, and a pleasant voice informs me that its linked and that the battery is fully charged. The documentation says that when I climb into my pickup, it should immediately link. Sometimes it does. Other times it apparently "considers" it for a while, then links up. Ironically you need to then take out the BlackBerry and indicate "Yes" to complete the link--not exactly what you want to do while driving. That said, if I climb into the truck with the TZ700 off then turn it on, it links up promptly and I can drive off knowing I can operate hands free.
