Broken on second use
My third of this cases. They keep breaking on the top right corner. Too thin in that area.

Nice coverage but ...
When teh Torch is closed, there is some slight interference between the piece protecting the slide/screen part and the edge of the keyboard. You can see the slider lifting up ever so slightly which, perhaps, might cause problems down the road with the slide joint, but with a 2 year replacement cycle on the device, I doubt it.

The Otterbox fits my torch very well and doesnt interfere with ease of use. I am extrememly pleased with the product and the ordering process.

Great case!
I recieved this case for my brand new device, and I it has definitely met my expectations. I feel like my device is safe from the everyday harm that it can sometimes be exposed to (i.e. the occasional drop or ding while in my pocket. I wouldve given the product a 5, but it shipped to me without the plastic film that acts as the 3 layer of protection. Anyone familiar with the Otterbox Commuter case series, knows that it protection is based on a 3 layer theme (a soft silicone/rubber, a hard plastic exo-skeleton, and a screen protecting film). I tried to bring this to the attention of BB source reps, as their item description is misleading IMOHO (I was thinking I was getting the original product at a discounted price--as usual),but they insist that the product doesnt come with a screen protector. So unfortunately I ended up buying the original product from Otterbox.com, nevertheless its a great case when applied to the device, and I highly recommend!--DB
